Purchased this to replace a modem from my cable provider. What a difference! No dropped wifi, and my son can stream his med school lectures with no problems.

What's great about it: Good price and easy to set up. Able to use it right away
What's not so great: learning curve for Windows 8
Ordered this to replace an XP computer. I checked other retailers, and the Best Buy price was the best. It was easy to set up and took up less space than my old Dell. The order included 6-months of internet security, but I didn't receive the download. I was on the phone with Tech Support for two hours in order to get it sorted out. Otherwise, I am pleased with my purchase
This product is... quiet, A nice compact size, Attractive design, easy to set up

Does Best Buy input all the requested software?

Do you input to the computer i would buy software like Office and or Photo etc?
When i purchased my 1st computer (12 years ago) it came with everything already installed.
You must buy Office separately. Your previous purchase may have been a special that included the software. A lot has changed in 12 years.
