I decided to move from a mouse to a trackball after I started getting wrist pain and I have to say that that the transition has really helped.
The trackball is very responsive and its very comfortable to use. I would also recommend removing the trackball and cleaning it once every couple of days to remove dust and debris that may affect the responsiveness
