What's great about it: Easy set up and use
What's not so great: nothing
Opening the package was the only hard part. Once you do that it is a breeze. Easy set up and works great!

Great value-make sure can get programs you need

What's great about it: Amazingly easy set up and ease of use.
What's not so great: Can't get everything, including Skype.
I had done my homework beforehand and decided that a Chromebook might be perfect for me. The Samsung chromebook was listed at $249. The reviews that I read about the chromebook said it shouldn't necessarily be your #1 computer, as it was not designed for "heavy lifting". I planned on using it mostly for travel and wi-fi, so that would be okay. At the store, the sales person told me that the chromebook doesn't "get " everything. Turns out I should have asked some specific questions about what it "got".
I took it home, fired it up, logged in to my Google account and presto! I was good to go. Everything is already there and I started setting everything up. I first set up my email account with icon, Facebook,etc. Now I tried to set up Skype. Turns out the Chromebook doesn't have an app for Skype to work. Supposedly an app development is in the works. So, now to find possible alternatives to Skype. After Googling a few questions, I found out that the Chromebook isn't really designed for video chatting. So far there aren't any programs that work well with it. Since Skype is a big part of my life right now..... well the Chromebook is not going to work for me. So being very disappointed, I had to return it. I was mostly disappointed because it was so easy to set up and it worked great. If you don't need Skype or video chatting, it might be great for you. Just ask before you buy if there are specific programs that you absolutely need.

This product is... Good sound quality, A touch pad that works great, A nice compact size, easy to set up, lightning fast

can i use spotify with this
Not sure about spotify but you need to check before you buy. There are some programs and apps that don't work with Chromebooks.
