We looked at several places, and nobody could match best buy's price on our new refrigerator. The customer service was the best. We would definitely go back.

Do shelves adjust and/or flip up to accommodate for taller items?

I want to make sure that the shelves adjust and/or flip up to accommodate a cake or taller bottles or pans.
One shelf on the left side flips up for taller items. We just leave it up for things like soda bottles, wine bottles, etc. There is room in the door for the milk, or in the front on the right side. We have just found it to be very versatile, especially with stuff like lunchmeat, chess, eggs, yogurt, etc. in the drawer.
