What's great about it: I purchased a refurbished mini iPad and the price what excellent!
What's not so great: The sales reps in the Ahwatukee store were terrible! Had to get the store manager in order to get this purchase.
The apple mini iPad setup was easy, this was for my wife. For $225 it was an excellent deal, Best Buy needs to have better customer service. I would recommend this item to friends but not to the Ahwatukee store. Unless purchased from the store manager!
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, Perfect for Business, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold
