turbotax for Mac deluxe 2014 requires new operating system
I have used turbotax deluxe for several years. i downloaded the 2014 version from amazon and it requires operating system OS X 10.7 or later - mine is 10.6.8. I do not want to upgrade because much of the software I normally use will not run on he current OS X versions. Can I replace the version I have bought with one compatible with 10.6.8
I doubt Turbo Tax will support an older version of OS X. I hate to tell you this, but you are going to have to upgrade sooner or later or your Mac will become a security concern and you won't be able to purchase new software for it. I own a Mac and my husband has a PC. This says that you have to reformat this device to use it with a Mac. Is there a way to use it with both a Mac and a PC?
Both Macs and PCs should be able to use drives formatted as FAT32. You will most likely have to reformat this drive while it's connected to a PC.
