These earbuds didn't cost much, so they surprised me by having an amazing sound quality. They fit comfortably and are easy to use.

Do they last a good amount of time or break after a few weeks?

I have bought these before and they lasted a long time. Then I lost them and had to buy a new pair. Only issue I have ever had with these in the past is one pair I kept in my gym bag and one of the earbuds shorted out because I kept the cord bent near the plug.
