4k TV, MOVIES and DVD's

Do I have to have 4K everything, or do they all upload to 4k from regular and Blu-ray?

There are few 4k movies available currently but my Samsung 4k does an amazing job of upping the bluray.

Any limit on the number of file names you can store

I have a 128GB SanDisk. It does not let me write any new files while it still has about 100GB of storage available. Is there a limit on the number of file names for this device?

I have both a 128 and a 256 and have no problem filling them up.
