I bought this for my son to use with his iphone5. He recently started running and was carrying his phone in his pocket. This arm band works great he loves it. Its comfortable and easy to use the phone while while its in the band.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: good sound
I bought these for my older son(16) last year and he loved them. Bought a second pair for my younger son this year. These are the only ear buds they will use. The first pair I bought did stop working after about 7 mos but I contacted beats and they replaced them at no chg. No problems since.

will it fit with an ottorbox commuter case?

No the phone won't fit with a case on it.
