What's great about it: ease of installation, easy to follow instructions

What's not so great: nothing

had to make a run to the local home depot to get mounting straps because the wall studs were not in the correct location where I needed to mount the tv - but easy to fix that issue

I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you use toggle bolts to hang this? There isn't any studs where I need the tv to go.

yes - I used toggle bolts to mount a 39 inch tv and it is solidly mounted to the wall.
