Purchased after my phone company DSL router was damaged from a storm. Easy to set up with automatic set up directions soon as I hooked my computer to it. Twice as much range as my other DSL router - covers the whole house and all the surrounding yard!

I will be getting Dish w/Century Link

Will this work so that I do not have to rent a router from Dish and a modem from Century Link?

Modem works great with Century Link and you own it instead of renting it from phone company ( better equipment also).
