Bought this on sale, no probs at all. Used it to transfer 30gb of HD GoPro vids to another computer . I liked it so much I bought a 128gb one too.

Bought this on sale. Works just fine like the 128gb one I just bought. I gave one star less cuz I prefer Flash Drives with LEDs .This one does not have LEDs . Still a great buy on sale. No problems.

1-reviews claim has a red led that lights up during activity- mine doesn't. 2-it was supposed to be formated as exFat...mine is Fat 32
I just bought a PNY Turbo 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive - P-FD128TBOP-GE. according to reviews and other owners it has a red LED under the PNY sleeve that light up when active. Mine doesn't.

Fat32 in Windows has a storage file limitation.fyi . Are you using Windows or Apple OS? ExFat is an extended format like fat32 . Google differences. This USB should work for you. You can reformat it it. Here's a sample link http://www.makeuseof.com/answers/exfat-fat32/
