I came into the store to have my tablet shield installed. They told my there was dirt behind it after installing so would get another one off the shelf to install. The one they put on was not like the first one they put on. It was like a flexible film and I couldn't use my Apple Pencil with it. I had to remove it and purchase another one. Big waste of money for me, having to buy 2 shields. They should have told me they didn't have the same kind instead of installing something that wasn't like what I bought

What's great about it: Nothing is great about it
What's not so great: Fans blow very little air
The fans blow very little air so not much cooling going on. The rubber tabs on top that hold the laptop in place don't keep the the laptop steady and several times my laptop almost fell on the floor while it was on my lap.. Very poor quality and won't recommend this mat.
