I got this for my mother to be able to use the Xbox in the living room for streaming media. It functions well even though the buttons could have been made a little better most of the time you can barely tell you have pushed them. Were talking a low price remote here though so I mean you cant expect some crazy high quality.

Look you cant do much better than an otter-box to protect your new phone but honestly they could do a lot better in regards to improving the design and size of these.

If you have a 4k tv especially with HDR support then this console is an excellent choice over the slim. The only thing I dont like is the design but I really dont care enough to dock a game console based on looks.

The reason only 4 stars is there arent enough games getting Pro support. This has improved over the time Ive owned the console but its still not where you want to see it.

For this price range there are not a lot of options that can compare in quality. Most 4K HDR tv's are over $1000 and finding one in the sub $1000 range that offers good quality is tough. I looked over many TV's before eventually deciding on the 49inch X800D. You cant spend this low amount of money and expect the quality of a $1500+ TV.

4K content looks fantastic. 1080p content after upscale looks great. Video games on PS4 and Xbox One look great. All upscale images look better than I thought they would and since 4K content is still somewhat limited this is a great thing.

If you are on the market for a 4K HDR tv and your budget is below $1000 I definitely recommend this tv. There are only 4 complaints about this tv None of which are a big deal for me.

#1 I wish it was back lit or full array LED instead of edge lit.
#2 I wish it was native 120hz instead of 60hz However Ive noticed no blurring so far in gaming so it hasnt been a problem.
#3 Black color in a dark lit room looks kind of like a dark grey instead of black.
#4 The remote for this tv feels cheap and underwhelming I think Sony could have sprung for something better but it still works and is easy to use so its a minor issue.

I wanted more space for Xbox One but didnt want to spend a lot and also didnt want anything portable so I was ok with this using AC power. I hooked it up and had it connected to my XB1 and started moving games over to it within 3 minutes. Setup was simple and everything was easy to do.

Highly Recommend these to anyone who wants extra space for their XB1. I got the 3TB version for $87

I went to clean the house and had a broken vacuum so I had to get something quick. Ordered this online got it in 2 days on standard shipping and runs absolutely great. Easy to use no trouble figuring anything out on running it or setting it up. Im not someone whos going to spend $300+ dollars on a vacuum so this is the best one Ive ever owned.

This is for Windows only I believe. They sell a MAC version of this product as well.

Can this be used on the PS4?

I see many say it works on Xbox One, but not many responses if it works for PS4. Can this run just as well in a PS4 as it does with an Xbox One?

The reason not many are answering on PS4 is because PS4 does not support external hard drives for game installs so unless you need it for movies or music its useless on PS4.

Now you can replace the hard drive in the PS4 without voiding warranty so the next best question to ask is if the HDD in this external enclosure fits in a PS4. Wish I could answer that one for you but im not sure I use XB1 for everything and PS4 for only exclusive games so havent needed more space on it.
