Its a mouse pad, nothing more or less.
It works ok, looks ok. Smells a little like rubber.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy setup
What's not so great: Can't turn off with universal remote. It smells(see review).
This soundbar works OK for a soundbar after you turn the sub woofer level down. The sub was too loud at the normal setting.
The remote is very good. The soundbar also has a level indicator for all of the settings; volume, sub level, etc.
It also gets quite loud without distorting, but nowhere as good as an amp or AV receiver.
I did not like that you could not turn it off with the TV or universal remote. It does have a setting that that if it is not used for a long time it will shut itself off, but you have to walk away and hope it shuts off later.
A big problem was that right out of the box it had a very strong smell like new electronics with a burnt smell also. This smell was very strong, I could smell it throughout my entire house and was very annoying. This smell stayed strong for about four days(it never went away) and came back strong every time I tuned it on.
I have bought tons of new electronics over 30 years and have never had this problem before.
The soundbar always worked OK so I don't know if there was a burned part inside or not.
The build quality appeared to be very good. I have never bought Visio products before so I didn't know what to expect.
In the end, I returned this soundbar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will it work with Bluetooth headphones?

I want to use a Bluetooth headset to watch TV with this sound bar. Will the sound bar's bluetooth stream the sound to my headset?
No. I think you can only stream music to the sound bar.
