Good:,nice look, large capacity. Ice maker does not take up lot of room.
Small water filter saves room also.
Con: water does not come out cold, need to add ice. Need to open both doors at times to pull out the drawers.

Do you offer free haul-away for a old refrigerator?
Best Buy did give me free removal, but other stores would have charge $15 or more.

Distance to wall for proper circulation
Space for this product is at a premium. Need to know how far off the wall It has to be.
One and half inch is optimal, but it sticks out too much. I only have about an inch.

Annoying and stressful humming sound
Recently purchased the above mentioned refrigerator and was wondering if the annoying constant humming sound I hear is normal,
It is very disturbing while sitting in the kitchen and trying to carry on a conversation, also noticed by guests wo are visiting, sometimes deafening. It seems to be more constant than not . We did take out the insurance rider and was wondering if we should call service.

Mine is about 6 weeks old, I do not here the sound you talking about. It does make unusual sound at time though.

Did any of you purchase an extended warranty for this model? If so, how much was the warranty?
Yes, Best Buy warranties are based on sale price, I think I paid 129.

For LFX25974ST Energy consumption 547kwH or 752 kwH
The best buy listing shows estimated energy consumption for the mode is 547kwH($58)/year on the yellow energy guide label. I ordered my refrigerator based on that. But when my refrigerator arrived the label inside it was 752KwH($90)/year. I am not sure which one is correct..

I had review this product and the usage was always 752kw. It does use more electricity then other in market. This is my second LG refrigerator
