I bought my vcr be able to play all of the tapes that I have and it works perfect . I have had problems with other vcr"s that were bought from other stores (brand names that I never heard of ) so to get a brand name vcr that actually works makes me happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CAN IT RECORD ON DVD FROM THE TV?

no to be able to record dvd from tv you need to buy the $200. model
