What's great about it: Great appearance and great fit.
What's not so great: No problems.
This is my first time purchasing a case for a phone, but I am very happy with the case. The case is durable, fits the phone perfectly and does not add much bulk to the phone. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase the OtterBox.

What's great about it: I'm very pleased with pretty much everything about the phone.
What's not so great: I wish the home key was not a key that you have to press. I wish it would have been a tap key, like the back key.
I'm very pleased with my decision to purchase a Samsung. I purchased a Note last year, so I was familiar with operating the device.

How does the phone I order off of Bestbuy.com get activated?

Thinking of ordering a phone of their site and have it delivered to my home. How does it get activated? Do i have to take it in to a Best Buy retailer or to a Verizon store?
You do not have to go in to Best Buy. Everything can be handled by phone.
