A unique need was filled with this unit. At the price point I have not found a better solution for viewing videos and displaying documents. When sitting withing 3 to 6 feet, all aspects of this tablet are just fine.
Speakers are good enough to watch and enjoy videos. Display is bright and clean enough to display sheet music and other documents as well as do some photo editing.
The performance is not real high; but neither is the price i.e. it plays .mp4 videos just fine but is not fast enough to decode .iso files.
External storage is only via micro SD card which means no connection to external hard drives except by Bluetooth or wifi. A 128 gb card works fine. Headset jack, micro USB port and power jack are the only connectors. It does have very good battery life but unfortunately will not charge via the USB port, requiring the dedicated charger.
Contrary to some other reports the back plate/stand does indeed snap off easily with the use of a small, straight tool. It snaps back on securely with no tools required.
All told it was a good choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My D7100 does not have the built-in WiFi so this item seemed the perfect solution.
I purchased it and used it first to shoot the recent eclipse while in the U.S.and it performed perfectly for well over 100 shots. I also operated the camera from I'm excess of 60 feet away reliably.
I would rate this five stars for the equipment, four stars for the price, and three stars for Nikon's app (~not~ Best Buy's issue).
I used an aftermarket app that worked far better.
So far I am very pleased with the way the item works, its packaging and its convenience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Simple, snug fit, good connectivity
What's not so great: Just a little pricey.
Bought this to replace another, more expensive coupler as it was very 'touchy' and would drop the signal if the cables were even slightly moved. This one is very snug and stays connected better than the other brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there a back up feature including games ?

Everything will sync just like on any Android phone. Only condition is that you need to be on wifi to sync up.
The unit (at least the one I have) does not have a Sim card capability (it's not a phone .. just a display).
