i need an adaptor to go from my sony blue-ray dvd player to my headset how can this be done ?

If your Headset uses a standard 1/8" or 1/4" plug? Most of the Blu-Ray players I deal with now only have HDMI and maybe Optical or Digital Coax. None of these support Analog headphones(headphone jack). I of course am of the assumption you want to listen to music directly from your Blu-Ray player. Otherwise you would have it connected to a Monitor or TV which would have a headphone jack or analog RCA outputs which could be converted to 1/8" or 1/4" headphone plug. That is my best answer from the limited information. I hope this is helpful
