How useful is the Flexzone feature

Debating between this and the less sexy three door version. How useful is the Flexzone feature? I'm not sure whether it's worth the extra $.

I love it, the sliding silver bars inside it make it totally adjustable to whatever you put inside. It also has four temperature settings. I keep drinks inside. Cans of soda stand up perfectly inside. I like that you can open that door without opening the rest of the fridge. You could also put kids drinks and snacks in there where they could help themselves easily. There are many options that you could do with that drawer.

Does this fridge ship with a filter and water line/hose?

I can't tell from the product description or specs if the filter and hose needed for hook-up are included or if they have to be purchased separately.

I got the water filter but the water line you have to purchase separately.

How is the noise levels on the fridge?

I think it is quiet. Like right now I am sitting 15 feet away from it and I hear no noise. You can hear it drop ice but not annoying loud.

Does water from the dispenser come out cold or room temperature?

Is there an option to make it cold?

Yes it comes out cold. If you are dispensing a lot of water at one time some won't be as cold because it can only hold so much at one time chilled. How much it keeps chilled I don't know.

Does the front of the freezer bottom drawer have a drop in space for a frozen pizza

I have seen this on a few models and like it

Where is the ice bucket on the RF28HMEDBWW and how do I remove it for cleaning?

The manual that came with the fridge mentions removing and washing the ice bucket but it's not intuitively obvious how one does this and the manual doesn't say.

It is in the top left corner of the fridge (the white box). There is a button underneath in the front that releases the bucket and then it slides out.
