It doesn't sit on my ear properly, the loop to go behind the ear hurt, the noise cancelation if they have it Dont work people keep saying I can't hear too much noise in back ground . Just a waste of my money

Repeatedly Unpairs from Phone

I think this might have something to do with moving my phone out-of-range of the headset. When I come back into range, instead of reestablishing the connection, the bluetooth unpairs from my phone entirely. Extremely frustrating! I've tried it with two iPhones and it does it with both phones. Any suggestions?
Nope it does that on and off even near the phone that make me think I leave my phone somewhere

Can I say (answer) to answer the call? And (ignore) to ignore a call?

Noooo it only read off the numbers that's on the in coming call, like who gonna remember 500 numbers in my contact
