I have 3 different rooms, with speakers 3 pairs. 6 speakers in total. Can I connect all the speakers. Will the sonos be able to support 6 speakers all playing the same time, same music.

I hate to answer a question this way -- but it really depends upon the speakers. If they are small speakers, there is a decent chance that it will work. If they are bookshelf speakers, then I know for use that they can handle 2 of them without a problem. But, I urge you to be sure that the speakers are pretty well matched. Since you will not have a separate volume control for each one, you need to make sure that the load is similar.

I have a SONOS Soundbar and Sub. Don't want to use Play 1's for rear. Can this amp with wired speakers be set up for rear surround sound speakers?

Yes, with the connect amp. But you also need a bridge or a boost for it to work. The configuration requires boost mode.

Yes, if you want to use your own speakers. I personally do not like the sound of Sonos speakers. But, the amp with my favorite speakers is great.
