Does this work in a PS4?

I can't tell what size it is, and 9 mm or thinner is recommended for PS4 upgrades.
This isn't meant to go inside of a ps4. But you should be able to hook it up via the usb port and use it.

Is drive mirror image software in the bundle?

No. But you can always download one.

FALLING

I bought it in january 2014. My WD fall down, and now I cant get access to the data, what can I do? I live in Argentina! Thanks for your help! This is the product I bought: WD - My Passport Ultra external disc USB 30 de 2 TB - black - WDBMWV0020BBKNESN
This happened to me with one of my other drives And unfortunately you will jave to reformat the drive to use it again and keep in mind that reformatting will wipe the drive clean.
