The FitBit is easy to use and gives great feedback for a great price. For a quick review of the steps you made, the floors you climbed, the distance you traveled, and the calories you burned -- buy a FitBit. Wear it in your pocket or on a necklace. Wear it at night on your wrist to track your sleep efficiency. It doen't do everything - but for the price - it does alot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

how do you set the time, and can it be reg time and not military time
The time on your tracker's display may be incorrect if the timezone is set incorrectly on your profile or if settings are not synced to your tracker. You can configure the timezone on your Fitbit.com dashboard or in the Fitbit mobile app.

Are there more than 2 colors for fitbit one?

Only two colors for the FitBit One -- Black and Light Purple
