My church needed new TV after being struck by hurricane Harvey. We didn't have a huge budget so we were value shopping, ie, the best TV with the biggest screen and the best price. The salesman showed me this LG set that was on sale. I had seen LG as highly rated in Consumer Reports. The setup was easy and I had it running in no time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted a 2nd laptop for travel, ie, small and lightweight. At 11.6 inch screen and 2.5 pounds weight, and flex-design (360-degree hinge to make a tablet), this is perfect. I can easily pick it up in one hand and move around with it. Although it only has one USB 3.0 port, I have not found this to be a problem for me. Quality is good and I love the thin design. Price was a bit high as this model has an Intel I5 processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD. But it is very fast and responsive. There were cheaper models but they only had 2GB RAM and 32-64GB, hard drive which I thought was too small. The Lenovo Flex 4 is a a good alternate choice for the budget conscious buyer. For email, Facebook, web surfing, banking etc, you don't need a very powerful processor and gobs of memory.
I use it on Wifi all the time and am very satisfied.

This Breville toaster has everything I wanted; extra wide and long slots, Lift to View, Frozen, A Bit More, cord wrap on bottom and electronic controls. It makes pretty good toast but can be a bit uneven in temperature, ie, one end will burn a bit.

The Cuisinart DCC-1200 is a great coffee maker that makes great coffee. The gold tone filter is great but I prefer using a paper filter too. I'm not sure why it comes with and recommends #4 filters, as #2 sized filers fit just right. The black and silver finish complements my kitchen, so it looks good too. I like the 4-cup button which optimizes brewing for a small brew that just fits in my coffee mug to go.

I purchased this with the matching Samsung washer. After my first load, I noticed it did not seem to be drying anymore. I had purchased Geek Squad Protection and they came out to investigate. My heater unit had failed. It took a week to get the part but it was installed and is now working fine. While disappointing that a brand new unit failed in a week, it was quickly fixed at no cost to me. The dryer works great but the tech explained how the drying sensor works and my misread for a small load. The controls are good and easy to reach. You must read the manual to understand all the features. It takes a bit longer to dry things but it operates efficiently. Overall, I am pleased with it.

I love my new Samsung washing machine. It cleans well and has plenty of room inside, especially since it has no center agitator. It does take longer to wash each load, but it does so gently and efficiently. The controls are fairly easy to use and conveniently located.

I have searched for this and have not seen anything about it. So I would have to say the answer is "No macro capability".

Sorry, no side buttons; just a vertical scrolling wheel. I've had mice like that but never found it really necessary.

What kind of range does this have and can it transmit through one wall?
The advertised range on Logitech website is 30 feet (10 meters). But range will be affected by 1) Battery voltage/life and 2) Interference. Since many devices, like cordless phones, also use 2.4GHz, do not locate your them close to your keyboard/mouse. I assume it will transmit thru one wall as long as the range is not too great, since it is 2.4GHz transmission just like phones. But a wall will significantly reduce the signal and hence the range is less. A wall made of drywall/wood will have less effect than a concrete wall and a metal wall would be the worst. But you must see the computer to know what you are doing, so I can't see using it thru a wall.

The lettering/symbols on the keys are embossed into the keys themselves.
