Previous to buying this phone I had a Samsung Note 4 that was my favorite phone to date. I don't regret trading it for the Pixel XL. I like the features of the phone and Google Assistant is great, but my favorite thing is no third party bloatware. I hated all the Samsung app add-ons that I could not get rid of, the Pixel does not have this issue.

What's great about it: We are loving Induction and Convection
What's not so great: Expensive
We have only had the range for 10 days, so I'll revisit the review if we have any quality issues, but so far everything has worked perfectly. I've used cast iron on the range and the glass hasn't been scratched. We did have to buy new pans, but we expected that and had new ones ready before the range arrived. Do use the magnet trick to ensure your pans will work.
Water for pasta boils fast...so fast. I use the boost button and though I haven't scientifically timed it, I estimate it takes about 2 minutes to a complete boil for a medium saucepan half full of water. That is just so fast. My other electric range took like 8 minutes to boil. I anticipate some good energy savings too. I also like that the heat is even, rather than a hot spot in the middle of the pan and cold spots on the edges.
I read some stuff on Induction that said the stove top doesn't get hot. This isn't entirely true. Heat transfer does occur. Think of it this way. If you touch a hot pan just after removing it from the stove, it's hot. It will burn you if you leave your hand on it, but you can tap it without injury. The stove top is like that after you're done with it. I can tap it easily and know it is hot enough I'm not going to rest my palm on it. The display also has an H to warn me it is still hot. With a 4 yr old around, I like that it is less hot than the electric range was. It is much more pleasant to cook because the kitchen doesn't get nearly so hot. In Phoenix, we value that.
Bottom line...it costs more, but I fully expect it to be worth it!

What's great about it: My camera takes pictures twice as fast now
What's not so great: If not on sale, it is a bit pricey
I am really surprised at how much faster my camera refreshes to take the next picture. The auto focus is the only thing holding me back now from taking a photo a second.

It has a top element like the oven. So yes, it browns the food. So far we have only used the power grill auto feature. Cheese toast is an option. It did a good job reheating pizza without making the crust tough or soggy. We are pleased so far (owned 1 month) and consider it a hybrid microwave/ toaster oven.

Benefits to cellular and wifi versus iPad 128 wifi only
What is the benefit of cellular plus wifi versus wifi only on iPad Air 128
If you want to pay to add your device to your monthly cellular bill, go with the cellular WiFi. Just like your cell phone, you'll have connection virtually anywhere. It will use your data allotment.
If you will only be using where WiFi is available and want to save on the expense, get the WiFi only.

How many settings does each burner have?
How many steps are available for each burner and what do they represent? If there are, for example, 10 settings for each burner, does each step represent 10% percent of power for that burner?
They increment by half with the settings Simmer, Lo, 1.5, 2.........9.0, Hi. So that makes 18 levels plus Boost (super hi). From the User's Manual, page 30

What is the size of the bridged element? If using for standard pans rather than a griddle, what diameter pan would be directly heated? Thank you.

For any of the elements, it only heats the amount of space covered by the pan. So if you put say a round 8" diameter pan on one of the square flex elements, only the round area the pan is covering would get hot.
