We had a lot of problems with inconsistent volume in movies on
Blu-Ray and DVDs; this seems to have solved our problem. And it was easy to install.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't like all the adaptors; I'd preferred to have one that was actually for my laptop; but it's a very old laptop and it works fine. For the price it was worth it!

What's great about it: It's small size leaves lots of room on the nightstand.
What's not so great: The blue is very bright even on it's dimmest setting & the nature sounds are so soft that you have to crank the volume
Since he was young, my husband has turned the radio on each night before he goes to sleep to provide a sound barrier to the rest of the house. It DRIVES ME CRAZY! I bought this model because of the nature sounds. It provides the white noise he wants without all the talking that keeps me awake at night. Great compromise! The volume on the nature sounds is very low, though, so we have to crank it up to actually provide the white noise we're seeking. Fortunately, you can set the volume for the alarms separately, and awake to either radio or alarm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yes, you can use the sleep mode with either radio or nature sounds.
