Bought this after reading reviews at Best Buy and at other sites. I'm VERY happy with the purchase and the features. It was easy to setup, the instructions were easily followed and I would have no problem recommending it to family and friends.

What's great about it: Easy to use and GREAT price
What's not so great: Hard to tell when they are turned off...
Bought two sets of these to watch Star Trek, Into Darkness. They paired right away with my Samsung 3D TV and BluRay. I've had the tv for almost two years and now regret not buying these earlier since they were really inexpensive and worked great. My wife and I were both ducking during some of the scenes of the movie, great 3D effects with the glasses! I only wish it was easier to tell when they were turned off though, the little LED is somewhat confusing so I just turned them off at the end of the movie and made sure that it wasn't in 3D anymore when viewing. Pretty easy. I'd recommend these for viewing 3D and now can't wait to buy the next 3D movie!

What are the red and blue plastic stripes over the lens, do I need to remove them?

I own a Samsung 4100 3d glasses. I want to know what are the red and blue stripes in the glasses.
Do. I need to keep them or to remove them from the glasses.

Those are to aid in removing the inner and outer lens protectors. You can simply pull slowly to remove the protectors. If you don't remove those the movie is going to look pretty poor!
