I have a few of these monitors. They are cheap and they work. Nothing more to say. Not stellar but they are just used to see if our signal is on the air. I know they are a bestbuy brand but due to a falling out with the company and their horrific customer service I will be seeking an alternative from another company when they need to be replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Like the USB ports for NAS like operation
What's not so great: Very sensitive to any power blip which then requires a reload of the firmware
I live in Florida which has frequent storms in the summer. I just purchased this router and was very happy with it until I encountered its flaw. I strongly suggest putting this device on an UPS to keep it powered. Sudden loss of power will turn this into a brick. For the less technically adept loading the firmware will not be possible. Otherwise I am happy with it. I have never had this problem with my previous Linksys router.

There is nothing tricky about this monitor, hdmi out of xbox one to it, game on. :)

If your laptop has an HDMI output, yes of course you can.

How do you enlarge the closed caption text on this Insignia TV?

It's a cheap $99 monitor...there is no changing the font size on the CC.
