I purchased this printer for a friend who's old printer stopped working. I had previously purchased a different printer for myself at Best Buy, which I am very pleased with...but had I seen this one first, it would be occuping the space where my current printer is set up. It has more functions for the same sale price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My printer we bought keeps saying it is not connected to internet what do I need to do

I contacted the company and they walked me through the whole set up via written communication on my computer. I received the same message.
