Product is awesome. You can used Dual band to split your devices and enjoy faster speed. It is easy to install as well reaching customer was quick..
it is certified for using major internet service provider. If we have internet speed issues., Internet service provider cannot blame that it is personal router issue or modem issue..
I always enjoying shopping at Best Buy as customer service is always superb.. They have knowlegde staff who really listen and provide accurate information.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have read several reviews that said that this is a great product...very fast but the wi-fi sucks. Is that a true statement?

If you are using 2.4 band with 10Mbps or 25 Mbps then you will have speed of 5 or 12-15 mbps. In case of 5 band then you have more speed.. moreover best thing is you can login in router login url to see the number of users on particular channel and change to less user channels.

It is good product to buy.
