Pros:
Audio is good.
On/Off switch to conserve battery life.
Can listen to music through the ear piece.
Gives audible signal when you are out of range of your phone, then back in range.
Unit says "connected" when it connects to your bluetooth device.
Cons:
Really thick unit.
Clunky to touch-response to answer calls.
Battery lasts only 6± hours if you don't turn off unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease, use, it works
The experience of purchase and installation went flawless this time. For some reason the first time I purchased this model modem months ago, Comcast couldn't get it to work. Un-authorizing, re-authorizing old modem, returning to store was a hassle. This time, pricing, installation, authorization and installation overall took just a few minutes and has worked great.
This product has... Fast connection, Secure connection, Easy to set up, Reliable connection

what to do when passport did not appear on the desktop

1. Check your port or ports
2. Check your cables
3. Replace Passport, if the same thing happens, there may be an issue with the computer.
