Best streaming device out by far!!! I love the Amazon Fire TV box and the Fire TV stick! They both are incredible and very impressive devices!! So glad that best buy keeps them in stock!! I give them as a great gift for any occasion so it's great to be able to go to my local Best Buy and pick them up instead of having to order online and have to wait for it! Please keep these devices in stock

To go ad free, do you need to purchase the app for each device or only once. I would need both t the android and apple app? Also same app for M2 and 500 units?
The fire TV sticks and box devices are ad free already! Not like fire tablets with ads! So don't have to pay to make it ad free!!

Yes they work worldwide!!!

Lost y remote

I've downloaded the app but it still won't connect w my firestick I keep refreshing but nothing. any one have any suggestions.
Your phone must be connected to the same internet wifi as the Firestick for the app remote to work! Once your phone and Firestick are both signed in on the same wifi network it will find your Firestick and ask to pair and display a 4 digit code on the TV screen and you will enter that code into your phone to pair with fire TV devices!!

Does this work on a Macbook Air?

It is not USB it is HDMI!! Made to plug directly into the HDMI port of TV!! So it will not work with MacBook Air! Only way it would work with any computer is if it has an HDMI input but most computers that have HDMI is output only!!

What is the differerance between the fire stick and the five tv box

The fire TV has a quad core processor and 8gb of internal memory
The fire TV stick has a dual core processor and 2gb of internal memory!
They both run the same operating system and have the same options!
Both are game consoles as well as streaming devices! The big difference
Is the Fire TV box has a USB port on the back that come in handy for external storage space and you can plug in a wireless keyboard to it as well!! They both are great devices and I highly recommend either!
