I have a fast wireless modum and I want to get the same upload and download speed on my desktop computer using the Actiontec - 500 Mbps Powerline Home Theater Network Adapter Kit. Will this powerline adapter do this and is it the right powerline adapter to use for a desktop computer? I make a lot of VOIP calls over the internet and I need a fast and secure upload and download speed without any pauses in between downloading and uploading, or I'll get dropped calls or worse yet the party on the line won't hear me speaking. I just want to know if I'm buying the right product that I'll be able to use with my desktop computer that will solve this problem for me. Thanks.
If your power lines are clean these devices work great in both up and download directions.

Can you use a 3rd adapter (2nd extension) in another part of your house?
All powerline Ethernet adapter systems require 2 adapters; 1 connected to your router and another adapter where you want the wired extension. My question is: can you use multiple extension points by using a 3rd adapter (or more) in another location of the same house? If so, I assume all extension point adapters would be subject to the limitations of the adapter connected to the router. Would there be any other drawbacks? Would the security feature still work properly? If I live in a single family home do I even need the security feature?

Does it have all the other functions of a tablet or is this device just for apps and viewing and streaming
Its an android tablet so any apps from the play store will work.

Will it works for ESPN, any sports channels like just like TV? Will it works well for any kind of videophones like Soereno or Convo?
It;s not a TV but if ESPN has an app like HBO then you can view ESPN on this device.
