This would have been a good case if the salesperson had realized it was for a different generation Kindle than the one I was buying. The Kindle didn't even fit into the case and kept falling out. Eventually went on-line to Amazon and discovered they are made for each generation of Kindle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this new bigger size. I also use my Kindle for checking email when we travel and this is so much better than the smaller one. The only downside is when I play words I have a hard time moving the letters without making the screen bigger.

sound delay when changing channels or fast forwarding a show

I had a vizio 60 inch led tv and had my Bose cinimate sound system hooked up to it and had no problem I bought Samsung 65 led curved smart 4k ultra and when change or fastforward channels you get a couple second sound delay is this the nature of the tv or is there a fix to it ?
we notice the same problem when watching DVD's and recordings. Have to frequently hit the pause button and it usually catches up.

Will this fit the 2014 model coming out on 10/21??? I'm trying to buy a case before my new Kindle arrives on 10/21 to prevent any time out of a case!
You need to make sure it's for the correct generation Kindle! Try it before you leave the store to make sure everything lines up, etc
