As I'm writing this review the XBR65850c has dropped to $1799. That was $200 less than I paid a little under a month ago. Best Buy refunded me the difference since it was under 30 days. I made the cut off by 3 days. I love almost everything about this tv. The stand, while a pain to put together, is very sturdy. The picture is also exceptional, but don't believe all the 4K up scaling talk. My 1080p Sony downstairs looks just as good on Dish Network. The speakers are fair, but I use Sonos anyway as this tv will pass 5.1 digital. Only real grievance is the little bit of glare from the screen itself. Some people have complained of light bleed, but I don't seam to have this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you already have A Sonos system in your house then this is a no-brainer. In addition to being a great sound bar, it is also a wonderful speaker. It sounds pretty good by itself, much better with the sub, and best with a couple of play 1's for surrounds. Make sure you have a tv that has 5.1 optical output, such as the "c"" class Sony's. The system is not cheap, but doubles well as a great sound system for your music.

I have play 1, play5 speakers and the sub. They are all excellent, but the sub with a stereo pair of 5's is simply awesome. It is expensive but you will love it.

What's great about it: Great for running my airplay speakers
What's not so great: Well it isn't cheap
I would buy this router again in a heartbeat. Love the range, dual-band, and it is great looking. There are cheaper options for sure, but I didn't think $250 was much for what is the brains of the internet.

Probably not. It must be wired directly to your tv.

Can i use this with an existing wired system through a Apple TV network? Will the speaker sync with the wired system?
Sonos works by connecting with your router not through Apple TV. That said you can use a bridge and playbar and listen to your Apple TV that way.

Does it have a power outage alarm/beep?

My present battery back-up system has a piercing beep that sounds every minute or two while the power is out. Very disturbing, especially middle of night. Does the APC-Back-UPS 700VA Battery Back -Up System have an alarm system of any sort, and if so, what?
It has both tones and warning lights built in if the power goes out or the battery gets low.
