I love the fact that it tells time, has an alarm, and vibrates to wake me up. It also has all of the critical components of other trackers.

What's great about it: Multi finger technology. Allows scrolling on page, between screens.
What's not so great: Only negative is getting used to it. Takes about 10 secs
In hindsight, I wish I had gotten the trackpad instead of the mouse when I bought the iMac. Apple's multi touch technology is not as great when you only have a mouse. This device allows the user to enjoy scrolling up and down, between screens, and is much bigger than the mouse. I also find that my wrist isn't as tired after using the trackpad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy setup. Simply to use.
What's not so great: Can't use with Amazon Instant Video.
For the money, I would recommend the Roku 3 over Apple TV for several reasons. (1) Cost is slightly higher than Roku. (2) Roku is compatible with my Amazon Prime account. Apple and Amazon need to get along and stop putting the consumer in the middle. However, I do love the device. I am an Apple person in general. The remote is easy to use but is quite small. Easy to lose.

can the price be adjusted for a band I bought less than a week ago?

I bought a band for 169.99 and a few days later the price has dropped by 20 dollars. Will best buy be able to adjust the price since it was less than a week later ?
