The technicians were really good installing the machine. They started the machine, explained how it worked, and checked for leaks before they left. I just wish they had realized before they took off that the machine was broken. The techs were really helpful in helping me get it replaced. And were super nice when they came back a week later. The second one worked.

It works like a really good dryer. The lint trap is on the top of the machine. The door is a little small, but the barrel is huge. I haven't had a problem with it drying clothes as long as I didn't set it to "less dry", in which case it did its job and the clothes were less dry.

Our first one didn't agitate. The center didn't move at all. It would start then a flashing spin light would come on. My recommendation is to make sure it actually works before the technician leaves. It's a pain to exchange through Best Buy otherwise.
The second one works wonderfully. It makes some noise in all the cycles, so if it's super quiet, yours might not be working. Make sure to leave a big circle in the middle when loading, and try to balance how much clothes are around it. I've never had a problem with clothes or sheets tangling.

These headphones work very well with PS4. The only problems I've had are when trying to unplug them while wearing, sometimes the side cover comes off or a random button will get pressed causing the volume to suddenly go up or down or the chat/sound balance to be off. But overall a good buy.
