What's not so great: tricky to get open, can make buttons hard to use
At first I didn't like this case because if you don't seat the phone just right the buttons on you phone don't work. It is also a bit difficult to open should you need to take your phone out of the case. I'm not sure that this was worth the extra money as I am generally quite careful with my phones, but maybe if you are a klutz or have kids this might a good investment

Easy to get set up but a second person makes it easier and faster. The template that is included is helpful. As it is a universal mount, the instructions are a bit vague and you have to figure exactly which hardware you need for your specific TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy set-up, great price, lots of supported features
What's not so great: Remote is not universal
This was easy to set-up, pretty much just plug and play. Supports pretty much all online services (Netflix, Hulu+, Amazon, Facebook, etc) and even has a web browser. Also plays nearly every kind of cd, dvd, and blue ray disc there is. Only downside is remote can only be used to control Panasonic TVs.
This product has... Useful Internet-enabled features, Good connection options, Easy to use controls

I have a 50" plasma tv, is there a recommended height to mount the wall bracket or is it just a matter of preference?

The recommended height is for the center of the TV to be at eye level while seated, but you could adjust it to suit your preference

How do I remove the tv after it's been mounted.
I did not install this but I need to take down the tv and then put it back up. The installer did not leave the instructions. How do I remove the tv. Thanks
Pull down the 2 latches on the bottom of the mount, then pull the bottom of the TV out from the wall and lift it off the plate
