I needed a cable to use my old iMac as a monitor with my new MacBook. I told the sales associate what I had and what I needed and he sold me a Thunderbolt cable. It was the wrong cable. I needed a Mini-display port cable but since Best Buy doesn't carry it I was sold this instead and told that it would work. It didn't. I had to bring it back the next day and order the correct cable online.
This cable might be correct for other uses but not for what I needed.

I needed a new Mac because the video card on my 6 year old iMac died. I it boots fast and runs fine, but with only 4 GB of RAM it gets slow when I have more than a couple of applications open. I would recommend getting a MacBook with 8 GB ram.

Bought the TV during the Black Friday sales. Best Buy delivered it and set it up for free and took away my old TV for free. It's a huge upgrade from my old 720 plasma. I plugged 3 devices into the HDMI ports and they was all plug & play. I plugged an ethernet cable into the TV's ethernet port and it was plug & play as well. I used a switchbox to plug in 2 old AV devices and they work perfectly as well. Optical output to my sound bar works fine.
6 week in and zero problems. I am very happy.

I saved about $100 by buying a refurb instead of a new iPod.
My only criticism is that arrived loose in the box without any padding. It could very easily have been damaged. For $180 they should make sure that it arrives in perfect condition.
