I highly recommend this microwave. It's easy to use has tons of functions and is so easy to clean. It is very nice size and plenty of space to even make a casserole for a family of size. Worth the money.

the interior light of the microwave seems dim
The interior of the microwave seems dimly light when the door is open, is this normal? The inside is gray and does not have as much reflective light as a white interior microwave would have, which is what I'm use to.

I just got this microwave and when I set the clock after maybe a 1/2 hour the time disappears. I need the clock to stay on all the time like all the other ones i have had.

Height- confused!
Why does the height in specifications state 21.888? People on here say it's 13.6? Which is it?

My clock does not stay on. Is this normal? I have to hit the stop/clear button every time I see that it is off, then it comes back on, but for only so long.
The clock automatically goes off about after 15 sec. this is normal and happens on them all. If you wanna see what time it is just hit the stop button on the microwave or open the door and it will come back up. I had to get use to it as well. But not a big deal. Hope this helps.
