I gave this as a gift to my grandson. It works well, streams fast and was easy to setup. The built in 1 year warranty was a plus, not a 6 month or 90 day mess to worry over. So far it was a good buy at a good price. I give it a 4.5.

The headset works as described and does have a fair amount of sound isolation. The cord is long enough to work well on my PC's front speaker jack. I give it a 4.5.

GSP is useful on Electronics if used wisely. In my instances I have purchased it for a TV and a Wifi range extender. Not for smaller ticket items.

Does the update server connect

Just bought a Flex Elite (the $150 version of this device)--it will not connect to the update server (says "check failed--not connected"). Has anyone with this device in their possession successfully connected to the update server? Thanks!
That is actually a non issue really. The message is incorrect from what I have learned. It should be something like "There are no updates at this time". Hopefully the next available update will correct the message, but I have been assured that when updates come out, they will load.

Want to use it to back-up an old laptop with only USB 1.1 I/f Will it work?

Yes, it will work. The transfer speed will be slower than if you connected to a 2.0 USB but it should get the job done.

How do you enlarge the closed caption text on this Insignia TV?

If you are using a coaxial connection, you can't. If you are using a digital (HDMI) connection, go to Menu > Settings > Closed Caption > Digital CC Settings and adjust there. Your Cable/Sat Box is adjustable as well generally.

can you play the Xbox One on this?

Yes, HDMI , Composit and Component connections are there. You may need to adjust the Xbox settings though as this TV is only capable of a resolution of 720p max. where I believe the Xbox can be set to 1080p.

I purchased this 19" LED TV, mail order from Best Buy and it does not work.

How do I return this product and get my refund?
There is a phone number on the back of your TV remote. Call and speak with an agent there, they will assist.
