How long is a normal wash and normal dry take for a regular load?

Anywhere from 25 to 70 minutes. It depends on your standards. Express Wash does a great job. I prefer a second rinse and cd-Walter wash every time.

Why does the inside of the washer drum not look the same as in store or on the online photos?

My WM3570HVA washer was delivered yesterday. I noticed that the plastic paddles do not go all the way to the back of the drum like the in store display or the photos on line. Did the appearance of the drum change ? The inside of drum looks like the LG WM3370HVA model not like the WM3570HVA model.

No it doesn't, but if you clean the lint screen EVERY load it is a non-issue. This is one of the best lint screens I have encountered in 50+ years of life.
