What's great about it: I don't know that I would say anything was "great". They are pretty good for phone calls.
What's not so great: I wasn't pleased with the sound quality. I've used a few different styles of Beats, but these weren't up to par.
These headphones were about the quality of a $50 set of headphones. The phone quality was fine, and people could hear me on the microphone, but I think if you're going to call something "Beats", then they should have that crisp drum base sound... These did not. I ended up returning them.
This product has... Too much ambient noise

What's great about it: The quality is incredible, even on plain paper
What's not so great: Connected via wireless, the printer sometimes disconnects when trying to print large graphic documents
I really wanted to move to a color laser to try and achieve better quality than my inkjet. The inkjet was good, but it still wasn't crisp. This printer does produce really good quality prints, even on plain paper.
This is the second one of these printers I have had. The first printer worked for about a month, and then would randomly disconnect from my wireless network. This one also disconnects from the network, however it is more predictable. It is typically when I am printing a large / high resolution graphics. It works fine if you are connected to ethernet.
Overall, I would probably spend a bit more money and purchase a business grade printer next time. Do your research before you invest in this printer, especially if you have only wireless connectivity.
