They failed to tell me this. It is a must have for your t.v that's of high HD caliper, in order to get all the graphics quality for best viewing.
You don't need one as costly as this if your T.V doesn't have the caliper. It would be wasteful oversell. Be sure to get someone who knows what there talking about before you buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent HDTV graphics comparatively. Love the auto modes that adjust to room lighting. Only issue is with curved screen there's a distractive gloss on the screen only if there is lighting behind you. The plus is no matter where you sit ina room it's a great seat view.
I just close the blinds behind me. I personally still prefer the curved screen

I have put the cable in my sky box and tv I don't think picture is any better

Ithe cable will only make the picture quality better if the T.V supports it. Another words this cable will only bring out the best quality of the T.V 'graphics.
I have a SUHD series 8 Quantum dot display T.V. I had to buy a better cable( this one ), to get a ether picture that my T.V is capable of. The difference is amazing.

What is recommended more for a child?

I have an eight year old and she really wants a nook color, but I don't know what would be better a nook or a tablet. I would like for her be able to play educational games on it aswell as to watch movies and read book but i wouldn't want to break my wallet doing so. Any suggestions?
I would go for the less expensive nook. Battery life screen replacement on either device is expensive. For what your using it for , in my opinion a child ( I have 3) who I didn't buy iPads for till they where 13 and responsible , maturity wise. The nook will meet educational program needs and is less complex & expensive. ( If you still go for an iPad ! consider a refurbished iPad from a reputable source).
