I have purchased a few of these for a business, and they have been great. The only negative is a lack of an Ethernet port, can use a usb adapter if really needed.

Does Windows 8.1 Pro Pack upgrade include media?

I have a 350mb per day download allowance and it it my understanding that the upgrade is over 2 gb.
This does not include media, it doesn't need any. If you have Windows 8.1 Home already then you can do the Anytime Upgrade which will "turn on" the Pro features that are already on the computer.

Does Vista Business OEM qualify for upgrade to 8.1 pro

This is a key code to upgrade from Windows 8.1 Home to Windows 8.1 Pro only. If you want to install Windows 8.1 on a Vista computer you will have to purchase a different product and do a fresh installation which will erase everything from the hard drive.

I am purchasing an Asus tower with 8.1 installed with 6 month subscription does this include media can I extend subscription do i need to buy upgrade.

This is a key code to upgrade an already installed Windows 8.1 to Windows 8.1 Pro. Windows does not have a subscription, you may be thinking of Office 365.
