Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G Standard Lens: Whether you're a beginner or professional, you'll love this compact, lightweight lens from Nikon. The normal angle of view captures approximately what the human eye sees, making it a great all-around lens. Plus, the f/1.8 maximum aperture is ideal for creating softly blurred backgrounds and shooting in low light.

I love this lens, I shoot a 7100 and this is a great all around lens, it shoots very well in low light. This is the lens I leave on my camera all the time.
Great for: A fast, light, inexpensive normal lens for Nikon's DX cameras, especially for use in low-light without flash.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This device is a good choice for cord cutters, it performs as expected, the wireless interface is a little laggy, but a good device as a whole.

What are the dimensions of this lens? And would this be a good lens for a Music Festival?

I'm going to Bonnaroo this summer and you are allowed to bring in a camera with detachable lenses as long as its shorter than 2 inches. So, is this lens shorter than two inches and would it be a good lens for photographing people and the bands?
it would be a great lens for people but it measures 2.5 inches long.
