Pro: Its a solid 1080p Monitor. Its got thin sides and the width is pretty thin too. I do a bit of gaming (BF4, League of Legends, CS:GO, MGS V Phantom Pain), and the monitor is really good. The price did seem a bit high, and online it was cheaper, but being able to physically buy it the same day and use it is probably why.
Con: Lost 1 star b/c of NO HDMI PORT!!! Its not too big of a deal, but when you have a decent GPU for your PC (I got a gtx 970), I really wanted to use the HDMI instead of the VGA. Oh Well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this monitor Windows 10 compatible?

LOL. A PC's operating system (in your case, Windows 10) doesnt affect the compatability with a monitor. Monitors generally work on all computers.

can I use this to game on xbox one if I have a dvi to a hdmi

This monitor doesnt have HDMI port. And if you're using a gaming console (not pc). But if you have a converter, then u should be good. Look at the Specifications of the product.

Nope! and no HDMI either.
