I replaced a 20 year old Bunn, this is a much better machine, quicker on heating water and hotter. Great upgrade.

Closed Caption
How do you turn off the closed caption. When attempting to select through the menu option and then settings, the closed caption bar is grayed out and will not let you select it. Also the Closed Caption selection on the remote does not work either.
There must be and auto mode and a manual mode to change the settings, check that.
